Hello everyone, I'm back with my new post, I know it's a long time but don't worry because I am BACK!!! Alright that's enough of introduction, now let's get right into it.
I am basically a person who loves cycling. Here are some hacks for cycling in winter:
Tip #1
Using Newspaper to conserve heat
Believe it or not, using some newspaper underneath your jacket/cycling clothes before cycling will trap enough air for you to keep warm.
Tip#2
Bringing hot water
This one is pretty simple and easy to do but it will help you out on those long rides.
Tip#3
Use Cycling boots
Regular sports shoes can't do what these shoes do:
they won't let the cold winter air freeze your foot.
These boots don't have them pores, which are there in sports shoes for the passage of air. But if these shoes are too expensive to buy then you can always just tape your regular shoes with some duct tape.
Tip#4
Bringing a waterproof saddle bag
Getting yourself wet while cycling in winter is very annoying, but what is worse is getting all your cycling items wet. So, getting a waterproof saddle bag will surely help you out.
Tip#5
Bringing a hot snack
This hot snack can be something like toasted bagels or anything which is not to hard to eat while cycling(should be hot). It can be brought in an air tight packet.
Tip#6
Wearing a double layer clothing
This is just an extra layer of clothing to keep warm. You should never wear a sweater or something woolly because this will make you sweat extra and you will end up drinking the same amount of water you lost, after your ride.
The best thing to do when cycling in winter is to just increase the intensity while cycling so that your body temperature will increase making you feel warm. Well that's all for now everyone and I hoped y'all found this useful and make sure to like, comment, +1 and subscribe for more content. Goodbye!!!
